Complaints Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any of the services provided, we invite you to get in touch with our Executive Director, Prof Prakash Subedi for a discussion in the first instance. Should you not be satisfied with this response at the informal level, we invite you to submit a complaint formally by email. The complaint should be sent to Prof Prakash Subedi, with COMPLAINT written in the email header. We will allocate an investigator for your complaint and respond to you within 14 days.
